WinUCard operates a collectible card raffle platform (Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other rare graded cards). Participants acquire entry tickets for a chance to win cards certified by recognized agencies (PSA, BGS, CGC). The activity combining a prize, chance, and financial consideration may be classified as a game of chance or lottery depending on the legislation of the country of operation and participants' country of residence.

The WinUCard website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 700, San Francisco, California 94104, United States.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States. Users' payment data is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with its privacy policy and does not transit through WinUCard servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
